If only one's burden can be seen just like how heavy the heavyweight lifter can lift, verily, we can easily say 'Oh, poor him' and so on. But that is just Allah's way of teaching His Slaves on how to be empathy towards each other.
No one can see how much he or she has to lift a burden that is put upon him or her. No one can feel them either, although they are putting from-ear-to-ear smile.
Not saying that those with sad faces are actually lifting just a small pinch of weight but by saying that 'You haven't done much work eh?' it just makes one feel so very down. Not much support to sit straight either.
So yes, to do or not to do. No one can really question to what Allah has decided upon us. Everyone should know by heart that Allah will never burden one with more that they can bear (2:286) but it is Allah's transparent teaching of announcing that we are stronger in His Eyes, that He puts faith in us that we can work this out. He knows that we can do it.
So be it!
